Shipping policy

My current TAT is always posted in each product's description page, at the top of your Order Confirmation email, and listed for each item in your order confirmation email.

Please take this as a general time frame. If I feel like I am going to be more than a day or two over TAT, then I will contact you to let you know.

TAT begins the day AFTER you place your order. Orders come in at all hours of the day and night. I can't always begin processing your order the day it was received. So as a general rule, TAT begins the day after you place your order.

If the last day of your order TAT falls on a day that the mail is not running, please know that your order will go out on the following business day.

Most orders will ship via UPS or USPS. I have the sole discretion to select the packaging and method of shipment. I will not be liable for shipper or weather delays. All orders placed via the website, invoicing, or in-store will have shipping charges paid before shipping of the order. I am not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or duties imposed by customs or carriers.

It doesn't matter the size of your order - I process orders in the order they are received, so the size of the order doesn't matter with respect to how long it will take to process and ship your order.

Our shipping rates are very reasonable; however, I do combine shipping on multiple orders when possible. There is no coupon code for combined shipping. 

I will provide a store credit for additional shipping charges paid for orders that qualify and can be shipped together after the orders have shipped.

You'll see your store credit in your customer account profile, and you can apply this credit during checkout on any future order! If you would prefer to receive a refund for the out-of-stock items or additional shipping, just get in contact with me to let me know of your preference, and I will remove the store credit and provide a refund to the payment method used when you placed the order.

If the carrier attempts to deliver an order and the order cannot be delivered for any reason, if the order is returned to me, and you still want the order to be shipped back to you, I will invoice you for the actual shipping charges to reship the order. If you decide to cancel the order instead, I will refund the amount paid for the order minus any shipping charges and/or a 20% restocking fee.

For large orders, I require package delivery signatures to make sure the package is received promptly. If you are not home when they attempt to deliver the package, you can always reschedule the delivery or pick the package up from your local post office (or UPS hub). If the package is returned to me as undeliverable (not signed for or not picked up from the local office), I will invoice you for the actual shipping to reship the package. If you decide to cancel the order instead, I will refund the amount paid for the order minus any shipping charges and/or a 20% restocking fee.
