Order Cancelations

I generally start processing your order 24 hours after receiving it.

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing your order. However, orders that have processed payments will be assessed a 5% cancelation fee.

If I have already begun pouring your order, a 20% cancelation fee will apply. 

Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds

Once a purchase is made, it's final. I don't offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for damaged, incorrect, or missing items. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing something, I will promptly issue a store credit, provided certain conditions are met. 

Refunds are not applicable if you change your mind, experience buyer's remorse, or decide you don't like the scent or color. My refund policy only deals with damage, inaccuracy, and disappearance.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package and the contents for damage and correctness. If anything is amiss please send me an email within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following information for the fastest service:

  • Your Order Number
  • Description of the damaged, missing, or incorrect item
  • Clear and well-lit picture of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Clear and well-lit picture of the outer shipping box indicating any damage or wear, if applicable
  • Clear and well-lit picture of the shipping label located on the shipping box
